In Pieces to Peace: for Youth Experiencing Family Change

Youth experiencing a significant family change such as divorce or remarriage often benefit from connecting with others who understand what they are going through, and who provide support through a neutral voice. This group is designed to help the participants cope with the potential stressors and wide range of emotions generated by the change in their world.  In addition, they will learn important communication skills and self-care strategies as they adjust to a "new normal"

Relating & Re-Engaging: Coming Out of Social Isolation

After the pandemic, many youth have found a "comfort zone" in an isolated place. This group is designed to help youth build the lost relationship skills and to re-engage socially with others, as well as to overcome fear or anxiety associated with taking such steps. In addition, they will learn the powerful lesson that they are not alone in these feelings.
